Booking policies are in place to help us run our operations as smoothly as possible and provide you, our valued customers, with the best possible experience. These policies are designed to optimize our time and resources, allowing us to deliver high-quality services to each and every client.

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to book a full set or fill. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your service once the service is performed.
Confirmation Notifications

You will receive appointment details via email immediately upon booking your appointment and a reminder via text 24 hours prior to your appointment. If for some reason you do not receive notifications, please contact us at 720-951-7082 and we will make sure you get the information you need for your appointment.
Manage Your Appointments...
You can manage your appointments in Wix by creating a log in on our website or downloading the Wix Spaces app. From there you can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
Grace Period

Everyone receives a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment is automatically canceled, your booking fee is forfeited and you will need to reschedule.

Please be aware that additional time will not be added to your appointment. If you are late, you will lose 10 minutes of your lashing time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.

If you notify us that you need to reschedule 24 hours prior to your service you can apply your booking fee toward a new appointment.

No-call no-shows will be required to pay any future appointments in full at the time of booking.
