Booking Policies

As a beauty service provider, I want to provide you with the best experience & service possible! Booking policies ensure a clear understanding on what to expect and how to prepare for your service so we're both on the same page.

Booking Fee
A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will go towards the cost of your service and will lock in your appointment. Once you have scheduled an appointment, I will send you a text message with payment information and upon receiving your deposit, will confirm your appointment. I accept Zelle or Venmo.
Forms of Payments
I do not take card payments. I accept Venmo and Zelle payments, but Cash is always preferred.a small discount will be applied to all cash payments.
Plan your Day Accordingly

For each full set, I allocate 3 hours to ensure 90-100% coverage on your lashes, depending on your lash density we may or may not use up all this time. Please be mindful of this when booking to avoid rushed services.

Fills require 40% of lashes from previous set. 1.5hr - 2hr max.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No Show
I understand life happens, and I am more than willing to accommodate. A 24 hour notice will ensure your booking fee gets transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

Same day cancellations will require a new booking fee for future appointments

No call no shows will be banned from booking :(

Every second counts! a 15 minute grace period for all services, after that, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to re-book.
