Setting prices can be a challenge. But nothing that a little research can't resolve.

Research to learn what lash artists are charging in your area. Factor in things like experience level, location, and whether home based lash artists charge differently than those that are salon based. How saturated is the market in your area? What opportunities exist? What type of clients are you aiming for? Upscale or those looking for a bargain deal?
