lash extensions booking policies
* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SCROLLING DOWN TO BOOK *
A non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment.
Please check your confirmation email for our address and additional details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam. If you still don't see it, please send a text to 720-364-1202 and we will make sure you get the information you need for your appointment.
Please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment at least 24 hours before you're scheduled to come.
If you notify us that you need to reschedule 24 hours before the service you can put your deposit toward the new appointment.
Any no-call no-show appointments will need to pay rescheduled appointment in full.
If you cancel your appointment, 48 hours are allowed to reschedule and transfer your deposit. After 48 hours, your deposit will be automatically forfeited and you will be required to pay another deposit to schedule a future appointment.
Everyone receives a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment is automatically canceled and you must reschedule.
Fills can be booked up to 21 days after your most recent appointment. As of day 22, you must book a full set [AND]
You MUST HAVE 40% of your lashes remaining. If not, you will be required to get a full set and potentially reschedule if time does not permit.
I do not perform refill services on work that was not done at The Lash Insider – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, it is required you book a removal service with your new set on your first visit. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and different materials with extensions applied at other salons.
Please come with clean lashes. We do lash baths before every session but they are not intended to remove make-up. There will be a $10 fee charged for lashes that need to be cleaned before lash application.
Until further notice: Due to Corvid 19, The Lash Insider team members and clients alike will be required to wear masks during appointments. Everyone entering the premises will have their temperature taken. This will be done with a non-contact thermometer. If you feel sick in any way, please reschedule. Thank you for your understanding as we endeavor to keep everyone safe.
