for lash extensions services

* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT *

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book a Full Set or Fill appointment.

 

Confirmation Email

  • Please check your confirmation email for our address and additional details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam. If you still don't see it, please send a text to 720-951-7082 and we will make sure you get the information you need for your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment at least 24 hours before you're scheduled to come.

  • If you notify us that you need to reschedule 24 hours before the service you can put your deposit toward a new appointment.

  • Any no-call no-show appointments will not be able to reschedule at The Lash Insider.

  • If you cancel your appointment, 48 hours are allowed to reschedule and transfer your deposit. After 48 hours, your deposit will be automatically forfeited and you will be required to pay another deposit to schedule a future appointment.

Please Note: You can manage your appointments by clicking on the "login" button at the top right hand corner of this page. Set-up your profile using the same email address you use to schedule your appointments. That way you can reschedule your appointment and transition your deposit to your new time, as long as it is not within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Grace Period

  • Everyone receives a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment is automatically canceled and you must reschedule.

  • Please be aware that additional time will not be added to your appointment. If you are late, you will loose 10 minutes of your lashing time.

  • Once your grace period has expired, you will need to reschedule and pay a deposit for a new appointment.

 

Clean lashes

  • Your lash extensions will not last long if they are glued to make-up or other build-up rather than your clean natural lashes. Therefore, please arrive with clean lashes. We do lash baths before every session, but they are not intended to remove make-up.

  • There will be a $10 fee charged for lashes that need to be cleansed of mascara, make-up and other debris before the lash application.

  • It is at our discretion to reschedule your appoint if time does not permit a thorough cleaning of your lashes, and a new deposit will be required.

Lash Fills

  • Please book your fill in relationship to your last lash service so that the appropriate amount of time can be allotted to complete your lashes.

  • 1-week fills can only be booked up to 7 days after your most recent lash appointment. On day 8, please book a 2 week fill.

  • 2-week fills can only be booked up to 14 days after your most recent lash appointment. On day 15, please book a 3 week fill.

  • 3-week fills can only be booked up to 21 days after your most recent lash appointment. On day 22, please book a full set.​

  • You MUST HAVE 40% of your lashes remaining. If not, you will be required to get a full set and potentially reschedule if time does not permit.

Foreign Fills

  • I do not perform refill services on work that was not done at The Lash Insider – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, it is required you book a removal service with your new set on your first visit. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and different materials with extensions applied at other salons.

No Additional Guests Allowed

Until further notice: Due to Corvid 19, The Lash Insider team members and clients alike will be required to wear masks during appointments. Everyone entering the premises will have their temperature taken. This will be done with a non-contact thermometer. If you feel sick in any way, please reschedule. Thank you for your understanding as we endeavor to keep everyone safe.
